The Life Time Fitness Summer Junior Tennis Camp is a 5 day program designed to methodically challenge players of all levels, ages 6 - 17. Campers must have completed first grade.
Our focus is player development based on a cooperative to competitive drill format to build and improve tactical and technical skills.
All players are carefully grouped by the Coaching Staff according to both age and skill level.
Training includes: athletic development, stroke production, court movement, singles and doubles play, technical and tactical instruction.

8:30am - Orientation & Warm-up
9:00am - Drills & Instruction
11:00am - Athletic Development
12:00pm - Lunch/Departure for half day
1:00pm - Matchplay/Swim
3:30pm - Departure
Athletic Development includes a variety of fitness training in age specific classes at Life Time Fitness.
