Levels: 3.5-4.5 NTRP

Nostalgic "Oldies But Goodies" Mixed Doubles Mixer

Sunday, November 9th

2 - 5 p.m.

Fee: $22 (per person)

All levels invited and you don't need a partner to play!

For a historical bit of nostalgia and change of pace, we are having an Oldies But Goodies Mixed Doubles Mixer! All participants wear white (as much as you can stand) and bring an old wooden racket (that you will play with) or the oldest you can find. Awards for the best "oldies" dressed! Ladies looking for a place to play on a team? The Levite Jewish Community Center has Premier Surface Courts and would love to have you come and join one of our teams!

LJCC Junior Program:

Tiny Tots: ages 4-5 Tuesday/Friday 1 - 1:45 p.m.

Jr. Beginner: ages 6 and up Tuesday/Thursday 3:30 - 4:40 p.m.

Jr. Intermediate: ages 6 and up Tuesday/Thursday 4:30 - 4:30 p.m.

Ladies 101 Clinics: Monday's 11 a.m. and Thursday's 6:30 p.m. (classes are 1 hour) Ladies that have never played before and want to get a good start!

Ladies Beginner Clinic: Tuesday's 9:30 - 11 a.m. (2.5 - 3.0 NTRP)

Ladies Intermediate Clinic: Wednesdays 9:30 a.m. (3.5 - 4.5)

Ladies Open Clinic : Thursdays 9:30 - 11 a.m. (all levels )

Co-ed Doubles Clinic: Wednesday 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.

The Crimson Tide Junior Tennis Academy takes place every Wednesday and Friday from 4 to 6 pm at the university courts. For more information, contact men's head coach George Husack at ghusack@ia.ua.edu.

CardioTennis® Team Workouts at West Homewood Park
Do you ever finish a team clinic and feel like you didn't get a workout?
Do you and your teammates want to get in better shape?
Are you interested in trying something different?
If you answered "YES" to any of the above questions, then maybe you and your team should give CardioTennis® a try. USPTA Pro John Beaube is one of only a couple pros in Birmingham who have been trained in CardioTennis® and he is interested in giving you and your teammates a workout.
DETAILS
- Classes will take place at West Homewood Park
- Times will be based on what is convenient for your team
- Cost is $10 per player per clinic with a minimum of 6 and maximum of 8 players
