USTA Flex League

Play on your schedule!! Singles, doubles and mixed divisions are available in both the DAYTIME and EVENING/WEEKEND leagues. Registration is open through January 19th. The season will run January 24th through April 13th. www.ustaflex.com. For more information, contact Kevin Theos at theos@sta.usta.com.

LJCC Courts Become Available to Nonmembers

The Levite Jewish Community Center is going to open their tennis courts so that non-members, for a fee, may play on teams already formed. The LJCC courts will also be available for lease to those teams looking for home courts in order to play in USTA and LITL league play.

Players need to be aware that the LJCC's Premier Court Surface provides the best of court cushioning. In comparison cushion values of Premier Court to clay or fast dry type surfaces, the numbers show that the Premier Court provides a cushion surface throughout the court, often time twice as much as the clay or fast dry court! This means that it is easy on the body! Players who do not like playing on a "hard" surface will love these courts! For more information, contact Dale Clark at dclark@bhamjcc.org.
